Have you got a new idea or approach to boost the defence capability of Australia?
The Capability and Technology Demonstrator (CTD) Program improves Australia’s Defence capabilities by giving Australian and New Zealand industry opportunities to demonstrate new ideas and approaches related to using technology.
Proposals can come in on any topic but that priority areas include:
- Communications; Situational Awareness, Cyberspace
- Force Protection capabilities
- Logistics and National support
- Operational decision making support
- Sensors/weapons
- Soldier equipment weight reduction
- Miniaturisation of platforms and components
- Robotics and unmanned systems
- Technologies for use on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
- Geospatial Information capabilities
- Counter-mine and Improvised Explosive Devices detection and neutralisation
- Modelling and simulation
Round 20 initial applications must be lodged by 22 June 2015.
